TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop manufacturing services enable customers to shorten the time required to develop new products and bring them to market.Additional information can be found at www.ttm.comScope:The QA Planner is responsible for developing and implementing quality control plans, procedures, and standards to ensure that the company's products meet customer requirements and comply with regulatory requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and oversee quality assurance/control activities.Duties and Responsibilities:• QA planner will review all customer requirements including but not limited to:• Po and quality notes• Drawings• Customer special requirements• References specifications and standards• Packaging requirement• Required external/internal test and evaluation• Required certifications• And generate required documents to flow down the requirement to the relevant groups.• Identifies any customer requirement that exceeds standard protocol and flags to alert of special attention.• Monitors and produces product quality by initiating actions to prevent the occurrence of product nonconformity, identifying and records any quality problems, initiating, recommending, and providing solutions, verifying the implementation of solutions, and controlling further processing delivery of nonconforming products until the deficiency has been corrected.• Responsibilities include the reporting of all accidents, near misses and safety concerns. Perform their job duties utilizing the required and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Full participation in safety training and the ability to understand and follow the directions identified in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PPE Assessments, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and all Safety Procedures and Alerts.Note: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel. Furthermore, they do not establish a contract for employment and are subject to change at the discretion of the employer.Essential Knowledge and Skills:• Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.• Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.• Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.• Typically expects 1-3 years of related PCB experience.• Strong administrative and computer skills required (including MS Excel) with proven experience processing detailed paperwork efficiently and correctly• Ability to communicate in English language clearly both written and verbal.• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.• Reads and understands procedures and blueprints.• Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.• Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position.Physical Demands:• Have good reading vision, color discrimination, depth perception, hearing perception, and the ability to speak clearly.• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.• Works while standing and sitting up to 9 hours a day, 5 days a week and is available for overtime as required.Work Environment:Mix of office and manufacturing environment. Benefits are available 1st of the month following date of hire.Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado.
