Job Summary: Provide technical administrative support to the Corporate Quality Department in the completion of customer documentation requests and in the management/maintenance of documents on the Company's intranet. Assist with nutritional analysis, regulatory, kosher, organic renewals and packaging reviews. Perform projects, as assigned.
Essential Job Functions:
• Complete strategic supplier questionnaires, surveys, non-GMO questions and various other forms as directed by the Corp QA Customer/Regulatory Manager in a timely manner.• Complete and manage generic documentation for non-strategic customers.• Upload documentation to third party websites.• Maintenance & organization of company intranet. Manage corporate policy and procedure refresh schedule. Trigger refreshing of site-specific documents.• Upload new or updated documents, procedures and master logs as requested - corporate and plant specific.• Assist with regulatory paperwork and research, including but not limited to new ingredients, nutritional analysis and organic certifications.• Assist with updating specifications and data loading of ERP PLM module• Provide administrative QA support to the plant locations as needed.Essential Job Requirements:• High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor degree in Science related area preferred.• Strong administrative & organizational skills required.• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Suite and computer programs.• High level attention-to-detail, organization skills and resourcefulness required.• Critical thinking skills and ability to perform critical analysis and problem solving necessary.• Proven ability to multi-task necessary.• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.• Effective verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills necessary.
