Maintain quality assurance programs to ensure the production of high-quality products and conformance with standards. This position also requires effective communication skills to work with a variety of cross-functional customers (QA, Operations, Maintenance, and auditors). Success requires a strong commitment to excellence and the ability to handle numerous details and tasks simultaneously.Reporting Location: Pasadena, TXPay: $34.00 / HRSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Full-Time, 1st ShiftExcellent BenefitsMedical insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance; Paid Time Off, 401k with company matchCompany Discounts, Paid Training, Career Advancement Opportunities, Day 1 Benefit EnrollmentResponsibilitiesWork with maintenance team to create work orders to implement repairs to equipment, replace leaking gaskets, and safety and quality risks identified in the work areas in a timely mannerAbility to troubleshoot all water processing systems to ensure minimal breakdowns and streamline productionPerform and monitors water processing CIPs in accordance with BlueTriton requirementsSupport carbon tower steaming, exchanges, and changeoutsReplace RO filters and carbon sock filtersReplace/rebuild valves on flow panels and other water process equipmentReplace and rebuild product fill valves and CIP fill valvesMaintain equipment in good working order (Water Process, Equalization Station, Utilities)Repair all air leaks and maintain air valves in good working orderDevelop a schedule for pneumatic and hydraulic valve rebuild and/or replacementSchedule the sanitation of water storage silos and unloading stations.Monitor the RO units and other water processing equipmentMaintain spring unload stations and maintain communication with spring’s managementAssist in maintaining mineral inventories (material movement, FIFO, expiration dates, EWM.)Needs to be able to self-manage time and be available to cover sick and vacation daysThis list may not be all inclusive of all job responsibilitiesQualificationsQualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experienceWorking knowledge of Software programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP) or the ability to learnAbility to create and update SOPs and standardsAbility to lead through positive influencingSupport for internal and external audits; and audit gap closuresStrong communication, leadership and multi-task abilities are requiredAbility to be self-managed, scheduling and performing work often unsupervisedAbility and drive to learn water processing functionsCapable of working cross functionally with all departmentsEffective communication skills with all levels of the organizationReliable, motivated, dedicated and committedDemonstration of a continuous improvement mindsetAbility to problem solve and make decisions independently and in team settings, using problem solving tools such as GSTD and be proficient in TPM methodologies as they expand to Water Processing and UtilitiesMust be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedlyMust be flexible in working hours - overtime, vacation coverage to assist with supporting the departmentMust be willing to be on call to support the business needsBlueTriton Brands, Inc.
