About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Belonging, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to support the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives across multiple business areas. The primary focus of this position will be to partner with the Senior Director of Associate Communities to build and implement our Belonging Community strategies within the associate pillar (i.e. Global Talent & Learning, Total Rewards, and other Global People COEs) for all our global associates (corporate campuses, stores, supply chain, international segments).

What you'll do...
• Oversee nine Vice Chair of Associates & their committees ensuring they function effectively, develop key initiatives to develop associates through personal and professional growth, and meet their yearly objectives.
• Manage partnership between Belonging Communities and Global People, such as ARG engagement in development programs, internship programming, recruitment initiatives, the Belonging Buddy program, succession planning of ARG leaders, and onboarding of ARG leaders.
• Build and implement Associate Network resources to ensure connection to Belonging Communities
• Lead and consult on Belonging Community Programming for the Belonging Office, ensuring the programming is effective and aligns with our overall goals

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
