Our clients include global companies across sectors such as consumer-packaged goods, technology, financial services, healthcare, and more.We’re looking for a Creative Director who brings a blend of digital design, including UI/UX, along with traditional graphic expertise. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead and inspire creative teams and contribute directly to projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage creative teams to craft innovative design solutions for both traditional and digital media.Set the vision for integrated marketing across all channels, including branding, digital, social, print, presentations, video, and corporate event and immersive experiences.Oversee the creation and execution of visual content, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding creative solutions.Execute deliverables within branding, integrated campaigns, and digital projects (WordPress knowledge is a plus).Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.10+ years of experience as a senior designer or creative director in both digital and traditional design areas.10+ years in a marketing/creative agency environment.A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills and creative leadership.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Short- and Long-term Disability, Life insurance, and 401K plans.Additional Information:Local candidates should plan to be present in the Orange County office 1-2 times a week.Some travel may be required (5% - 10%).No relocation is offered for this position.Let us know why you think you're the right fit to join the team.
