Be part of a forward-thinking, startup culture that's backed by one of the world's leading retailers.What you'll do:You will make an impact in 4 highly critical areas:Digital Strategy Development and ExecutionCreate and implement multi-channel digital marketing plansDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectivenessAllocate and manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROIWork closely with product, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive strategy executionBuild and manage website content and product pages to effectively marketCampaign Management & Lead GenerationOversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. social media, email, etc).Create and execute on campaigns to drive lead generation and pipeline progressionImplement A/B tests to optimize campaigns and improve performance.Ensure seamless integration of campaigns across different digital channels.Regularly review campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.SEO and SEM ManagementCollaborate with marketing, product and design to create impactful digital content that drives lead generationConduct keyword research to guide content and campaign strategies.Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings.Oversee pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.Analytics and ReportingGather and analyze data from various digital marketing channels to assess performance.Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics.Create, maintain, and update marketing dashboards for real-time performance tracking.Calculate the return on investment (ROI) for different marketing initiatives to assess effectiveness.What you'll bring:8+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies in a B2B or technology environment.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing dynamics, including the latest trends and technologies.Expertise in managing and optimizing digital campaigns, including proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other teams to drive product success.Familiarity with digital marketing automation platforms (HubSpot a plus), CRM systems, and other digital marketing technology tools.Willingness to travel for events, customer meetings, and team collaboration, as needed.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field and 4 years' experience in public relations, communications, or related field OR 6 years' experience in public relations, communications, or related area.Preferred QualificationsCommunications, Communications - Social Media, Marketing, Walmart, Web Media StrategyPrimary Location221 River St, Hoboken, NJ 07030, United States of America#J-18808-Ljbffr
