Work with local Pro & College sports teams!Playa Discounts: Free food on each shift and 30% off when not working!What You Bring:Previous experience (and/or degree) in marketing, social media, or event coordinationHighly organized and detail-orientedAn effective communicator and a team playerThe ability to pitch in where needed and able to do what it takes to get the job doneProficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPointKnowledge and experience using all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)Strong work ethic and an enthusiasm to grow with us!What You’ll Do:Oversee all social media, marketing, catering & events for Playa Bowls Louisiana area locations.Must have a car and ability to drive to and execute on events (including set up and break down).Manage and track all in-bound/out-bound events, sponsorships, festivals, sports team orders, etc. Expect to be onsite to assist in preparation and execution.Manage and track all catering (ezCater and in-store) inquiries, orders and requests. Expect to be onsite to assist in preparation and execution.Manage and track all store-level fundraisers and donations.Manage and track our local-level Playa Bowls Athlete program and secure local NIL partnerships.Coordinate with management and individual stores on event staffing, product management, catering orders.Focus on outreach for catering and events, building on a master contact list.Hold team accountable for excellence in product quality, consistency and execution, speed of service, cleanliness and maintenance, and customer service.Foster Positive Energy in the work environment to accomplish business results (increased customer counts, increased sales, and increased profits).Schedule social media posts/stories for all Louisiana (5) and Florida (3) locations under VG Concepts ownership.Take photos/ videos and create content local to each location.Create and develop loyalty promotions through existing corporate platform (TapMango)Report monthly growth and analytics for all social media accounts.Use CANVA corporate account to create graphics for posts and stories.Review, execute, and facilitate all Corporate Campaigns across ALL shops.Meet quarterly financial and operational targets.
