Our scope spans x-functional teams within marketing, WMC , and WM T teams . If there is a marketing process that needs to be figured out, we are typically the first team asked to help drive clarity and map out R&Rs and a clear w ay of w orking. It's our job in marketing operations to ensure operations across the WMC Marketing and LBC (Lightbox Creative) org are streamlined.JOB OVERVIEWAs the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations ( Org Operations) , you will be critical to the success of organization operations within the WMC Marketing organization . Your team will be focused on keeping the lights on for our org: budget, hiring, team forums, org operations and processes and driving org wide team culture and associate satisfaction. The three pillars of your team are Org Operations, Special Projects and Financial Operations.T his role will report directly to the Director of Marketing Operations . This is a leaders hip position with direct reports.IDEAL CANDIDATE-Extremely detailed, has great follow-through, thoughtful in approach-Has experience working with Sr. Leadership to deliver flawless execution- E nthusiastic about driving workplace initiatives that drive employee satisfaction & retention-Self-starter and can manage workload on their own- Excellent t eam management experienceCore Responsibilities:• Flawless execution of workstreams within your team's remit: Org Operations, Special Projects and Financial Operations.• Owner of all aspects of Marketing & LBC budget and ensure your direct reports are managing the budget, providing leadership with updates and own the monthly budget meeting and share-out. Work directly with Finance and Legal and ensure procurement is successful. Come up with new budget/procurement processes where necessary to streamline.• Central liaison for all hiring operational needs across the Marketing and LBC teams in partnership with key WMC stakeholders. Keep track of all hiring and provide reports to leadership on mont hly basis. Work with hiring managers to ensure roles are opened and they have support necessary.• Drive operational rigor around Marketing and LBC org forums : Monthly All Hands, Weekly Office Hours, various marketing wide forums, etc. Your team owns these decks and agendas-you will lean in to create agenda s that make sense strategically a nd create necessary slides ready for org wide presentations .• Develop executive level presentations for Org operations workstreams . Create PPT presentations and slides where necessary and feed content into All Hands and other forums.• Develop and drive workplace strategy and initiatives that make WMC Marketing and LBC a better place to work. Be creative, pro active an d enthusiastic about new culture driving ideas to bring to the or g. Your will lead the overall strategy , and you will ensure your team executes these ideas.• Develop new streamlined processes for marketing wide operations that make it easier for leads and the org to have visibility in to operational forums & tasks each week . Work with you r peers to ensure tasks are comprehensive across the team. Input into Weekly Leads Report and roadmap providing leadership team with actions and visibility• You will be responsible for quarterly reviewing the Operational Playbook and updating were appropriate• POC for requests coming from Business Operations and Chief of Staff teams• Attend necessary Leads Forums to take notes/action on key operational next steps• Ensure all Org Charts are updated and maintained across the org• Central owner of Sharepoint and access of tool across the orgQualifications :• Bachelor's Degree a nd 8 + years experience• Skilled at building PPT decks• Has experience working with senior leadership• Extremely detail oriented and organized in thought and execution• Ability to set and communicate clear expectations and timelines• Ability to understand and thrive in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work effectively and achieve results in ambiguous situation s• High EQAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
