Position Summary...What you'll do...As the Group Product Manager for S eller Savings , Incentives Platform , you will manage a team that will build, maintain & improve Savings Infrastructure as well as seller experience for these domains within the Payments & Financial Services (PFS) group. T his position will require both individual contribution and people management skills. The PFS tea m facilitat e s seller payments, financial services offerings, savings to help scale the platform & support Marketplace growth initiatives. This team also works closely with business t o identi f y opportunities to improve our savings platform automation processes and controls to mitigate risk and improve financial and operational performance. We are looking for someone who can concisely communicate complex concepts , opera t e in a regulatory environment, and is passionate about beautiful product UX and API desig n .You'll sweep us off our feet if you can :P lay the role of a strategic thought leader driving change and overcoming roadblocks to bring new saving's products & services to market.Bring deep payments industry expertise to build & improve payment & financial services systems across Walmart Marketplace, serving the growing needs of our sellersDemonstrate data-driven experimentation and measurement frameworks to track product success and be able to process and analyze large data sets with SQL and other business intelligence (BI) platforms.Define long-term vision and data strategies for product family by capitalizing on domain expertise ; leveraging internal and external best practices and standards to drive decision making; identifying market opportunities based on an in-depth understanding of the market and competition, overseeing the execution of benchmark studies and competitive assessments, approving business cases; prioritizing and allocating resources; and approving objectives and key performance indicators.Continually find ways to improve by leading and facilitating impeccable documentation of processes, procedures, and knowledge baseAs a Group Product Manager, You'll make an impact by:Playing the role of a strategic thought leader, driving change and surmounting obstacles to bring new savings products and services to market, while effectively incentivizing seller adoption and engagement.Managing a team of product managers and be a thought leader for the Savings/Incentives product.Utilizing extensive expertise in the payments industry to build and enhance systems, implementing incentives to drive seller participation and growth.Demonstrating proficiency in data-driven experimentation and measurement frameworks, utilizing SQL (a must-have) and other business intelligence platforms to analyze substantial data sets and identify opportunities for optimizing incentives.Developing long-term vision and data strategies for the product family, leveraging domain expertise , best practices, and market insights to drive decision-making, while incorporating incentives to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.Continually enhancing processes and knowledge base through meticulous documentation, ensuring clear communication and understanding of incentives among all stakeholders.Making a significant impact by defining the product vision, value proposition, and roadmap for Savings & Incentives platforms, while designing innovative incentive programs that attract and retain customers.Creat ing a modern, scalable Savings platform that seamlessly integrates and delivers data across all Incentive/Saving domains, incentivizing desired seller behavior and promoting widespread platform adoption.Ensur ing accuracy of data reported in Seller Center by aligning it with Seller Statements, and implementing incentives to motivate sellers to provide accurate and timely data.Collaborat ing cross-functionally with various teams to build scalable and reusable data pipelines that power critical downstream business applications, incorporating incentives to foster collaboration and alignment across teams.Driv ing an improved data experience for the company by providing clear onboarding, simplified integration paths, and proposing AI/ML models to reduce operational complexity, while incentivizing employees to embrace data-driven practices and tools.At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
