By collaborating with design, product, engineering and business partners, you'll positively shape experiences for the brands that retail at Walmart.We're looking for someone with strong skills in: problem solving, facilitating working sessions, presenting to and influencing stakeholders, collaborating with other business functions. Help us identify, define and implement solutions that go beyond words and integrate seamlessly into the lives of our partners and customers .You'll sweep us off our feet if you have...4+ years working as a UX Writer or Content Designer with familiarity of UX writing principles and practicesAn understanding of user needs such as motivations and behaviors, with the ability to translate them into engaging and actionable UX copyA recognized, strong writing background that brings together brand voice and UX principlesExperience in ad tech, tools for advertisers and/or ecommerce productsThe ability to synthesize information, taking the complex and making it simpleThe drive to produce great work in short timeframes and adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the businessA self-starter mindset who is well organized and always looking to improve experiences for our partnersYou'll make an impact by:Designing best-in-class content experiences with a focus on craft and synthesizing informationDeveloping a deep understanding of challenges and value messages relevant to our ad partnersContext shifting across different projects and adapting to changing prioritiesCommunicating effectively with kindness and empathyCollaborating seamlessly with cross-functional partnersStaying up to date with the latest trends, in and out of retail and ad techPreferred qualifications:Degree in Communications, UX Writing, Content Strategy or similar and at least 4+ years of experience writing for UX/UI and product designExperience participating in peer reviews and working within a crit cultureA portfolio with UX case studies showcasing your craft, impact and collaborative processExcellent written and verbal communicationThe above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
