Position Summary...nWhat you'll do...nStaff, UX Designer, Risk Technology, CompliancenAbout Team:nOur team is focused on developing a streamlined, dependable company that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience (ADE). We also provide a variety of services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. From developing HR chatbots and virtual assistants to creating invoice solutions and facilitating legal changes, we help drive efficiency across Walmart globally.nWhat you'll do:nAs a Staff, UX Designer, you'll set the vision for the best customer experience and create a space for cross-functional colleagues to collaborate. You will use your knowledge of the Design Thinking process to collaborate with partner teams, facilitate conversations, and develop a talented UX/UI team. You'll employ your great strengths in storytelling to present your vision and product design rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to cross-functional partners and the leadership team. While working with partners to determine a shared plan forward that balances business and technology considerations, you will lead a team to create and champion experiences that are highly usable and compliant with our design system.nAbout EBS - Risk TechnologynEnterprise Business Services (EBS) is an organization that sits within Walmart Global Tech.
