We are seeking skilled and experienced professionals focused on one thing: making the customer experience amazing. This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR and does not provide relocation.

What you'll do...

• Sell coffees and other products by maintaining and improving the appearance of the entire store and coffee bar
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks and other products by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks and food items along with answering questions from customers
• Stocking coffee brewing equipment and maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar
• Performing preventive maintenance of equipment; troubleshooting equipment breakdowns and calling for repairs; and following company safety and sanitation policies, standards, and regulations

• 1 year’s experience as a barista
• Experience in food prep, catering and café related tasks with a focus on customer service
• Ability to obtain certified ServSafe Food Handler or related food safety certification within 30 days of hire
• Valid Driver's license
