Warby Parker is seeking a Licensed Optical Manager to enhance customer experiences in eyewear. The ideal candidate will lead the Optical team and ensure exceptional customer service.

Manage a team of Opticians and oversee the Apprenticeship Program
Uphold exceptional service standards and implement retail programs
Ensure optical standards and customer requirements are met

Education

Licensed dispensing optician in required states
ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states
