Warby Parker is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Manufacturing to oversee operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead a best-in-class manufacturing team.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
11+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and/or supply chain management.
Proven track record in talent development and engagement.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to meet key metrics in safety, quality, fulfillment time, cost, and inventory.
Design and execute a long term strategic vision for the manufacturing network.
Manage and develop a highly engaged team.
Support new product launches and drive operational efficiency.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or related field.
