Responsibilities

Lead a team of service-minded Managers, Opticians, and Advisors.
Execute operational activities to meet financial targets.
Manage scheduling and payroll for the store team.
Coordinate store events with the Marketing team.
Implement procedures to protect the company’s assets.
Foster an effective team through recruitment and ongoing training.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree preferred
