Warehouse & Delivery Section Head

Job Overview:

The Warehouse & Delivery Section Head, Oversees the overall warehouse process and ensures on-time delivery of items. Ensure products are accounted for, are stored safely and securely, and dispatched efficiently to customers, they also manage warehouse Staff, which includes ensuring that they are working safely.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to

• Ensure KPI are meet and achieve.
• Ensure GWP ( Good warehousing Practices) are being implement
• Processing Orders
• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciles with data storage system or records.
• Maintains the physicals condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Improve staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
• Knowledge on the data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities.
• With minimum of 3yrs. experience in same field is required in this position.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Power Point presentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calamba City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
