Trautman & Shreve, Inc. (T&S) is a wholly owned subsidiary of EMCOR Group, Inc. EMCOR is the world’s leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction and facilities services, including planning, consulting, operations and maintenance. Trautman & Shreve is a full-service mechanical contractor serving the Rocky Mountain region. T&S designs, builds, commissions and services mechanical systems, including heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing and piping systems for private and public sector clients, including commercial, institutional, high tech, industrial, public assembly, and healthcare.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
  • Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
  • Communicate job expectations and coach employees
  • Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
  • Perform shipping and/or receiving duties which may require the use of hand trucks, forklifts, and other devices, as well as computers to maintain data.
  • Receiving incoming materials and preparing materials for shipment.
  • Verifying quantity, weight, and conformance of materials.
  • Preparing records of materials shipped and bills of lading.
  • Routing materials to destinations.
  • Laying out, fabricating, and assembling nonstandard shipping crates and boxes, and preparing parts and tooling for special shipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 4-8 years of experience overseeing a warehouse
  • Hands on experience in a warehouse environment
  • Deep Knowledge of shipping/receiving, invoicing and billing

Language Skills

Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of customers, employees, unions, government agencies, vendors and suppliers, and other contractor organizations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, see, talk, and hear. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is regularly required to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to commute to field locations. The employee must have the ability to navigate around job site locations.

The employee should expect to sit for long periods in front of a computer and also travel to field locations as needed.

While visiting field locations, the employee may be required to work outdoors, be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical and electrical parts; high, precarious places; dust, fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions, extended exposure to sunlight; cold and heat; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.

Compensation Range: Minimum $25/hour to a maximum $30/hour

Other Compensation: position is eligible for a bonus
