QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School education.
- Two years general warehouse experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid problem solving skills and ability to organize and multi-task.
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office).
- Prior leadership experience.
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Completes operational requirements as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.
- Complies with and promotes safety guidelines and reports discrepancies.
- Achieves internal and external goals by coordinating with Inventory Control, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Contract Administration.
- Assists with the development of performance-improving enhancements such as web-based applications and other continuous improvement activities.
- Understands TL9000 and ISO 9000 requirements and their relationship to warehousing.
- Sets the example by adhering to the companies Culture and Core Values
- Adherence to the company's leadership initiatives by using the tools available to maintain accountability and develop the team as a whole entity.
- Promotes a clean and organized warehouse operation.
- Adheres to all company human resources, quality, operations and safety policies.
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
- Helps train new employees through the use of company provided tools.
- Provides a customer interface.
