Warehouse Associate - First Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm)

(External) What You'll Be Doing:

Our Warehouse Associates are critical to our success. Your responsibilities span across all departments of our facility, including picking, packing, quality, shipping/receiving, inventory, replenishment, cycle count, and product returns. Close attention to detail, working with a sense of urgency, and keeping the needs of our clients is priority number one.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a warehouse or pick/pack environment preferred
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Lift approximately 25-50 lbs.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Forklift experience a plus

- Picking: Filling customer orders accurately, with a sense of urgency and with care
- Kitting: Assembling of pre-determined product kits
- Packing: Ensuring customer packages are prepared for delivery through one of our delivery services (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
- Keeping safe: always maintain safety procedures while lifting, packing, walking through facility, taking breaks, etc.
- Working with tight deadlines and high volumes during peak seasons
- Passion to do it right the first time and reach performance goals
- Each employee is responsible for raising awareness of our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and should actively participate in activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities.
