Warehouse Associate - Immediate Availability

Come join SMX at a growing tier 1 automotive company based in Berea, KY! We offer employees full time positions, ACA compatible benefits, weekly pay, PTO, & Paid Training.

  • 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
  • 2nd Shift: 3:15pm-11:45pm
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am

Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift.

Employment Types: Full Time, Direct Hire, Long Term.

Pay Rate: $13.50 - $15.00 / hour

Duties:
  • Assemble goods on the production line.
  • Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
  • Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse.
  • Maintain work areas and equipment.
  • Pack goods to be shipped.

Position Requirements:
  • No education requirement.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Able to work on foot for extended periods of time.
  • Reliable mode of transportation.
  • New background check policy in place, associates can work while background is pending and will be reviewed on a case by case basis against company policies.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old, Able to Lift 40 pounds, required education: No Education Requirement
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $13.50 - $15.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
