The Warehouse Coordinator III is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials for capital and operational projects. This role will work closely with the Maintenance Planner and Coordinator of Maintenance to identify, stock and stage PM kits of materials for planned work, as well as ensuring the Warehouse is properly stocked for break-in work that may occur. This role will be responsible for developing and utilizing analytics to identify and manage changes to inventory levels based on usage. This role will also work closely with the Procurement Specialist to optimize communications with vendors and develop material receiving processes that eliminate the potential for delays. This role will spend a significant amount of time working in Maximo and Oracle to properly manage inventory transactions, and will be responsible for training personnel on utilizing the proper processes to request and receive materials needed. The ability to communicate with others and balance multiple priorities are keys to success.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Ensures security and accountability of warehouse and lay down yards
  • Maintains multiple warehouses and laydown yards in best-in-class order in both cleanliness and organization strategy
  • Collaborates with business partners on project and material requirements
  • Maintains documentation records
  • Resolves material and equipment discrepancies with vendors and buyers
  • Trains internal stakeholders on inventory and warehouses processes
  • Solicits feedback to constantly optimize processes based on customer needs
  • Ensures short and long-term preservation of materials and equipment
  • Operates a forklift or telehandler to off load and load project materials
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: High School Diploma/GED; a minimum of six (6) years’ experience with knowledge of gas pipeline and compression equipment; Forklift Certification
Other Requirements:
  • Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Must possess material/equipment experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
  • Operational experience with forklifts and telehandlers
  • Organizational experience in layout of warehouse and pipe lay down areas
  • Knowledge of materials management and warehouse operations
  • Preferred: Shipping, logistics and expediting experience
  • Preferred: Manlift equipment experience
