General Job Description
This is an entry level position and supporting role for the SP&R Team / Warehouse operations with emphasis on Inbound Receiving. Above all, employee must be willing to accept ongoing work orders from senior coworkers with a high level of retention and always execute them with precision. The environment is highly dynamic, requiring employee to perform any number of Warehouse functions on any given day in response to business needs which may require overtime hours on short notice. Employee may be required to lift and move materials weighing up to 55 lbs.
Education
High School graduate or GED
Experience
1-3 years receiving experience in a High Tech & high-volume manufacturing and spares support environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience
SAP experience HIGHLY preferred.
Skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to count and record accurately and efficiently
Able to read and interpret forms and paperwork
Attention to detail
Operate small hand tools, hand cart, forklift, pallet jack
Good computer skills in all MS Office applications (Excel and Outlook)
Basic SAP skills navigational skills preferred in Warehouse or Inventory Control modules
