What will you be doing:
The Manager, Supply Chain Management will be responsible for overseeing the operations and financial management of the organizations supply chain. This includes leading and supporting the supply chain organization and the supply chain customers. The Manager will be responsible for the purchasing and sourcing including, but not limited to operations, inventory and logistics, value analysis, data management, etc.as needed. Additionally, the Manager will drive a strategic supply chain organization development, building staff capabilities consistent with both short and long term goals, and the development and execution of Supply Chain transformation strategy (operational efficacy, holistic approach to expense management, total cost of care, clinical Supply Chain integration, business intelligence, service improvement).

Client Services Management, Consulting, Supply Chain
Education:
Bachelors

Preferred Qualifications
Relevant Experience to include:
  • Demonstrated experience successfully implementing Supply Chain transformation strategies.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staff, clinical staff, etc.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts for the purpose of financial budgeting, reporting and analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience with cost reduction projects, MMIS enhancements and logistics.

Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $80,000 - $148,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
