Warehouse Outbound Supervisor

You also know how important it is for our customers to receive the highest quality product so you collaborate with other departments (such as sanitation, product staging, quality, packaging, purchasing) to meet that shared goal. You also have an eye for making things better with operational efficiencies.

Requirements:

• Five years production management in a food or warehouse environment
• Two years direct management experience (with large teams preferred)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment meeting quotas and deadlines
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Proven skills in working hands on, with minimal supervision
• Experience trouble-shooting and providing thoughtful decision-making
• Ability to work effectively and collaborate cross-departmentally
• Strong communication skills, including listening, speaking and writing
• MS office proficiency, including warehouse management software (Finale, Google sheets)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills and ability to analyze metrics
• Knowledge of food regulations and safety
• Forklift certification

You'll need to be able to work in a cold warehouse environment and stand and/or walk for up to 10-12 hours. This position also requires repetitive use of hands and lifting (up to 49 lbs.) where reasonable accommodation may be provided if necessary.
