Job Overview
The Data & Analytics Lead is primarily responsible for managing the data governance program and analytics solutions that improve enterprise data integrity, security, and availability in alignment with the organization’s goals and business objectives. The incumbent in this position works cross-functionally to implement policies, procedures and standards and supports projects and/or high-impact business initiatives of variable duration and complexity, requiring direct consultation with business partners, technical subject matter experts, and IT service providers.

Data Governance
Leads the Data Governance Council to manage data and change requests from the organization. Ensures the accuracy, completeness and reliability of data by developing and maintaining data governance practices, policies and procedures. Drives compliance measures, such as regulatory monitoring and internal audits, for IT and data practices.
Technical + Advisory Support
Engages business partners to understand critical business and project requirements and provide technical expertise with data and analytical tools. Identifies opportunities to enhance data collection processes and analysis. Works cross-functionally develop and execute training to use the end data for analysis.
Data Analysis
Ensures descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive data analysis solutions, models, and processes support data governance standards and address enterprise data management needs. Integrates models and repositories with other cloud services, applications or APIs to enable seamless interactions and data exchange across different systems and platforms. Creates visual representations of data (charts, graphs, dashboards) to make complex data more understandable and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
Documentation
Leads key systems and process documentation efforts and develops procedure manuals. Establishes and maintains a centralized repository for documentation that is easily accessible to relevant personnel while ensuring security measures are in place to protect sensitive information.
Project Management
Provides end-to-end management on all aspects of an assigned technology project(s), ensuring timely competition and adequate resource management.

Salary/Benefits
This position offers a base salary range of $90,000 -$115,000 . Base salary may be flexible based on skills, certifications, location and/or qualifications. In addition, this position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan up to 15%. This position offers full-time benefits inclusive of medical/dental insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement program, paid time off, paid holidays and more as well as periodic review for merit and incentive pay based on organizational and personal achievement.
