Objective:

Waterworks, the Nation’s leading luxury brand for the bath and kitchen, is searching for a passionate and determined Channel Marketing Coordinator. This position will support the overall marketing team initiatives with a focus on our 4 sales channels: showrooms, boutique partners, hospitality/MUR (multi-unit residential), and international.

 

Projects will include (but are not limited to) event planning, fielding and tracking channel marketing requests, signage and collateral estimates, asset organization, website/email proofing, and overall department project trafficking and calendars. The coordinator must be resourceful, work independently, be highly motivated, and possess exceptional project and organization skills that operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment. 


This is an exciting opportunity to support all marketing initiatives for sales channels, corporate office, and strategic company initiatives!


Location:

This is a hybrid role in Danbury, CT with in-office days Tuesday and Thursday.


Responsibilities
  • Supports Channel Marketing Manager
  • Field and track marketing requests from all sales channels using our internal workflow forms and marketing project management system
  • Coordinate the development, proofing, print production, and inventory tracking for channel signage and collateral needs
  • Support showroom openings and other major channel events
  • Track internal project management system
  • Holiday giving/gift program
  • Support national/international advertising execution
  • Other projects as assigned


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Related Field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing or related field
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Proven problem-solver
  • Passionate about working with many people throughout the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, displaying initiative and enthusiasm
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, and successfully work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiasm for our products and desire to learn and grow within the position
  • Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Retail marketing or experience with sales channels a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (local/showroom locations)
