What you'll do

As the SEO Specialist at Wayflyer, you’ll take ownership of scaling organic traffic through programmatic SEO initiatives. You’ll also contribute to improving website performance by running CRO experiments. This is a hands-on role where you’ll identify opportunities, execute optimisations and measure impact across the funnel.

  • Own the organic growth metric and develop strategies to drive sustained increases in organic traffic

  • Develop and execute a programmatic SEO strategy, including scalable keyword targeting, dynamic landing pages and internal linking

  • Monitor and improve technical SEO, addressing issues like crawlability, page speed and schema markup

  • Collaborate with the Content Specialist to create or optimise pages that align with user intent and target high-value keywords

  • Analyse website data to uncover actionable insights and contribute to CRO initiatives aimed at improving lead conversion rates

  • Run A/B tests on landing pages, forms and other site elements to enhance user experience and performance

  • Partner with Marketing Ops and Demand Gen teams to align organic traffic strategies with downstream lead generation efforts

  • Own reporting and performance tracking for SEO initiatives, providing regular updates on traffic and rankings

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, ideally in a B2B or eCommerce environment

  • Proven success with programmatic SEO, including scalable content strategies, dynamic landing pages and keyword targeting

  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site audits, page speed optimization and schema markup

  • Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and Google Analytics/Search Console

  • Familiarity with CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, Hotjar) and testing methodologies is a plus

  • Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to inform strategies and measure outcomes
