Perform general administration and technical duties within the IT team
Perform service desk functions to troubleshoot user issues and respond to requests
Assist in setup, configuration, and installation of software products and equipment
Maintain and update technologies used by Wayve staff
Resolve issues related to supported applications and operating systems
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
