Responsibilities

  • Perform general administration and technical duties within the IT team
  • Perform service desk functions to troubleshoot user issues and respond to requests
  • Assist in setup, configuration, and installation of software products and equipment
  • Maintain and update technologies used by Wayve staff
  • Resolve issues related to supported applications and operating systems

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
