Each of those people have future generations (kids, nieces, and nephews) who are watching them. And most of them will grow up to do the same thing: dreading every Monday, following the same routine, and showing up each morning to do work they don't truly love. That is the Sunday Scaries.

The problem with that is: Many of those kids are built to grow up and become incredible leaders that solve great problems like curing cancer, fixing global warming or create incredible things we can’t even imagine, while making the world a better place to live. But they won't. Instead, they'll become corporate robots because, well, that's what dad did, and he earned a comfortable living where he showed up to his 9-5, gave 100% to the man, and got a small percentage back.

And, until you, our coaching team has been managing these 1:1 calls. But, with marketing cranking we’re booking more and more calls, and onboarding more and more clients to the same coaches who are taking the calls! Hence why we’re looking for you. 

Clearly, we need to add a World-Class Sales Advisor to our team - yesterday! Without you, we cannot get our system into the hands of more people fast enough; plus we risk wasting time on our mission to make the world a better place!



What does Wealth Without Wall Street do and why?

Wealth Without Wall Street provides the coaching and community to help individuals achieve true financial freedom in one year or less through our private coaching program, Ignite: Passive Income.

We provide each client with a custom financial freedom roadmap so they know the exact steps to take to grow their personal passive income system. We then give them the exact step by step playbook to execute each individual piece of their plan and our team of money coaches coach them, 1:1, through every playbook. Plus, we provide them with a community of other like minded investors on their journey to financial freedom inside their private mastermind group. 

We truly do believe the world will be a better place when more people achieve real financial freedom. 

Example: I love real deal, nutrient dense, grass fed beef; particularly if it’s locally sourced from a farm I trust. I’m talking a juicy ribeye, with rendered marbled fat, right off the grill is heaven to me. 

One of my favorite grass fed steaks comes from a farm only about 2hrs from my house called Lake Majestic. 

Guess in part how Lake Majestic continues to exist?

What to expect as an Enrollment Advisor at Wealth Without Wall Street:

In this role, you will:

1. Effectively qualify leads to determine if our program is the best fit for them - or not.

2. Run strategy sessions and teach the core financial freedom formula that every client will install.

3. Present our program as the solution for their needs and goals.

4. Consistently close deals on the first or second call (45-60min).

What will you be selling?

You will be selling our PIOS (Passive Income Operating System) Accelerator which is a 4-figure investment into our world class coaching & training program that provides world class financial planning to allow its users to set up the right next step (& future next steps) to achieve legit financial freedom.

Who will you be selling to?

You won't be tied to digging up calls from data bases, & certainly won't be talking to random folks who clicked an ad on Facebook. Rather, all of your calls will be inbound, pre-booked & many highly nurtured from email marketing & partnership referral sources. The majority of our prospects are family men & women who don't want to "get rich quick" & aren't "in it for the money". Instead, they want to leave a legacy to their children, be a better spouse & make the world a better place.

Who will you work with?

You will work directly with David, the Director of Sales, and our World-Class High-Ticket Sales Coach who has held more than 15,000 high ticket sales calls. You’ll also learn directly from our team of 7 Financial Freedom coaches. We’re a small, and noble, collaborative team of 15 employees and have an unheard-of retention rate within our industry. 

Where will you work?

Anywhere you want. We all work remotely and are scattered around North America from the gigantic firs of Washington state to sweet home Alabama. 

That means you have the flexibility to work from home, or a co-working location, or to take the family to Rome for the summer and work from your terrace overlooking The Colosseum.

What's it take to WIN?

You will own 3 primary metrics as an Enrollment Advisor:

1. Show up rate

2. Global book to close rate

2. The # of closed clients / $ revenue generated

Those 2 primary metrics will be supported by a number of strategic activities:

1. Effective Pre-Call Communication to increase the number of leads that attend the call prepared to talk about the program

2. Following our proven sales script when making offers to qualified leads

3. Managing the sales process to close leads quickly and efficiently

A Culture of Training:

  • You’re not our guinea pig and you don’t need to reinvent the wheel!
  • You will be trained from A-Z on how to manage, qualify, and close leads with our proven process.
  • You’ll even have access to a vault of recorded calls so you can hear how our top advisors get it done.

Support and Coaching:

  • Each week, you’ll attend our team sales meeting and have the opportunity to be coached, learn new tactics, and collaborate with other advisors.
  • Every other week, you’ll have a 1:1 coaching call with the Director of Sales where you will be personally invested in to make sure you have the best chance to grow your income.
  • You’ll receive regular 1:1 feedback on call recordings from your sales coach

Requirements

  • You are a proven sales closer with 1 call close or 2 call close phone experience
  • You have 2+ years success as a short cycle sales representative. I.e. 2+ years direct sales experience ideally door to door; phone sales; solar sales; credit card processing sales; online training program sales, SaaS sales, etc.
  • You genuinely love listening and uncovering financial pain points
  • You love applying a proven strategy and creating an open dialogue with the client about whether they see the value
  • You LOVE making offers, closing deals, and know how to navigate the “I need to think about it”
  • You are hungry to earn uncapped commissions
  • You take ownership for your results
  • You know how to run a clean sales process and are good at managing pipelines and opportunities
  • You are are an extremely hard worker who doesn’t “show up” and “hope someone signs up” but comes early, stays late, and does whatever it takes to close deals
  • You love transactional selling and don’t feel the need to be “friends” with prospects. You know how to close a deal and don’t live in a never-ending cycle of “follow up”
  • Ideally, you understand the formula to financial freedom & are fired up about it
  • Ideally, you live in one of the 4 North American time zones
  • You are available 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday for work
