It is essential that this person manages time well, keeps on top of deliverables, and has the potential to grow with us. Experience in credit products, prepaid cards or other spend operations functions is a strong plus.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:
  • Be responsible for working with a variety of cross functional stakeholders (compliance, product, engineering, client experience, and finance) to build end to end processes to support the Account Opening and Client Data Processes. 
  • Build project plans for chosen projects by setting ambitious deliverables, timelines and metrics; take ownership of essential projects which will in turn, stand up the operational processes needed to support feature updates.
  • Act as a catalyst by bringing the right teams/people together within and/or across teams.
  • Create and optimize existing internal processes to improve our efficiency.
  • Be the voice of the Operations team and advise on key business decisions as it relates to our team pillar.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to continue to merge and minimize gaps between the two teams.
  • Problem solve to ensure product and customer services are supported, creating the best possible experience for our clients.
  • Is proficient with SQL and analyzing necessary data to provide meaningful insight in our day to day processes and understands how to utilize metrics. Train and collaborate with other Operations team members and support each other.
