Product Research & Operations Intern

Our interns work alongside Weave employees to tackle meaningful projects and gain valuable skills. As a Product Research & Operations Intern you will report to the Senior Director of Product Operations and be accountable for working alongside the team in supporting product-market fit research and analysis. Our goal is to deeply understand customer problems and how Weave can solve them. We are looking for analytical and creative thinkers who are passionate about technology and its ability to have a positive impact on healthcare practices. As an intern, you will support the creation of a research plan, coordinate customer outreach, participate in interviews, and be a part of bringing together actionable insights that shape our strategy and roadmap. 

  • This is an in-office internship. Candidate must be located in Utah and required to be onsite the Lehi, UT office. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and management of end-to-end project plans to ensure on-time delivery
  • Perform market and competitive analysis to identify gaps, articulate market needs, and identify trends
  • Support, coordinate, and participate in customer outreach, interviews, and analysis to identify key patterns and trends
  • Maintain documentation of research records, processes, and methods
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and teams to gather input for research findings
  • Support and develop materials and presentations for internal stakeholders and teams

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • Background in technology, design, product, psychology, anthropology, social sciences, business, strategy, or other related studies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excitement for product research and analysis
  • Excellent analytical, critical, and creative thinking skills
  • A team player who collaborates well with others
