The Poo-sition

As the Web Associate Director at TUSHY, you will serve as Product Manager of TUSHY’s DTC website, leading a small offshore team, and play a leading role in developing and implementing our web strategy. You will use data and insights to drive continuous improvement, and lead a redesign of TUSHY’s website. • As the site owner for TUSHY, develop and implement the overall web strategy for TUSHY, ensuring that our website is optimized for growth and engagement
• Help lead the implementation of TUSHY’s website redesign, working closely with design, marketing and CX teams to ensure a seamless user experience
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize website performance, using data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Report on website performance, using data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing and CX teams to dive deep into who are customer is and how they interact with the brand via our web experience
• Use Heap analytics to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion data
• Management of the tech stack and be an owner of all new tech stack integrations
• Manage full time direct report + web developer contractors

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web management + development and digital marketing, with a focus on web optimization and A/B testing; preferable experience with Shopify
• Strong understanding of website design and development principles, with experience leading redesign projects
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on website performance and user behavior
• Experience using Heap analytics or similar analytics tools to track and optimize website performance
• A self starter who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
• Passion for start-ups, e-commerce, and rapid growth is a must.
• Good sense of humor and a comfort with poop puns!

Compensation: $120,000- $130,000
