Web Coordinator (Remote)

We are creative, customer-centric, data-forward and our goal is to provide a caring, educated, results-driven, experience for our customers. We are a full service digital marketing agency that provides various services to primarily Home Service Companies throughout the United States & Canada.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing Web Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions on our client’s website. They will work closely with the marketing team to ensure a consistent and effective brand message across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing website layouts and landing pages
• Coordinate Web Design briefs with the design team and client onboarding.
• Following and guiding the production schedule
• Providing deliverables to customers through Basecamp
• Documenting Client Communication within CRM.
• Assisting with Client calls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of website structure, web analytics and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in CMS platforms, such as WordPress
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
