Overview

We are looking for a set of unique talents to fill our Web Producer/SEO Specialist role and join the corporate marketing team in our headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day management and execution of website production, SEO tasks and update new and existing projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to work cross functionally and operate as a subject matter expert for website strategy, SEO and development. The goal is to ensure the website is both SEO optimized for relevant search queries along with updated with the latest product and marketing information to aid the user journey. Moreover, your analytical and organizational skills will help find gaps and opportunities to make impactful updates to the website. It is important to demonstrate a proclivity towards being proactive and actively monitor key website and SEO performance indicators.

The Web Producer/SEO Specialist position requires strong project management skills and the ability to engage with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless web experience.

Skills

• Expertise in working with Adobe Experience Manager or similar enterprise content management systems .
• Managing digital and SEO projects from start to finish (i.e. new product launches, press releases, online marketing campaigns, SEO keyword research, crafting and implementing SEO recommendation)
• Consistently meet SLAs for all web projects
• HTML, CSS and any additional web development experience is a plus.
• The ideal candidate will be innovative, team-oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change and ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using SEO analysis tools such as SEMrush, BrightEdge, Conductor, etc.
• Thorough understanding of SEO content strategies and technical SEO analysis.
• Good fundamentals with Web technologies such as experience in web design, web development, digital marketing and/or content marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven debugging skills across browsers, devices and operating systems.
  

Roles and responsibilities:

• Work with key stakeholders to aggregate content and translate it to a website experience while providing them with guidance on best practices and ways to adhere to internal web guidelines to ensure an ideal web experience.
• Work collaboratively with content providers to provide SEO analysis, recommendations and track performance of SEO updates over time.
• Manage the workflow for incoming web and optimization requests, working with stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities, and planning implementations that result in the optimal user experience for site visitors, while keeping stakeholders well informed of progress against SLAs.
• Work with Internal IT/ agency to develop new features/ components for the website

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $80,000 - $115,000 per year. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, Bonus eligibility is reviewed at time of hire and annually at the Company’s discretion .
