Lead Compensation Manager
Webflow is looking for a Lead Compensation Manager to architect the company's compensation ecosystem, attract top talent, and ensure fair and competitive compensation programs.
Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Sheets
- Influential communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of current compensation trends and best practices
Responsibilities
- Develop compensation strategies in line with strategic objectives
- Conduct market analysis and align offerings with industry benchmarks
- Design and refine salary structures and incentive schemes
- Manage executive, sales, and equity compensation plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
