As a WebLogic Administrator at Octo, you will support system administration services and tasks for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). You'll provide support to maintain the management of servers and related systems, data storage systems, and data backup systems. Systems administrators are responsible for maintaining system efficiency, monitoring and managing server systems and applications, and troubleshooting a wide variety of systems and networks (including high volume/high availability systems). Must be able to troubleshoot problems and issues identified by customers and implement corrective actions quickly. Excellent documentation skills and attention to details are required.

Requirements:
Years of Experience: 5-8 years of experience of IT system administration experience (See "Requirements").
Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other Technical discipline, OR a minimum of 8 years equivalent work experience.
Location: Remote within the United States. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting as needed.
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance.
