Community Boost, a front-runner in embracing the Growth Driven Design methodology, is scouting for a Mid-Level Website Developer who’s adept at WordPress. This role isn’t just about coding; it's about creating web experiences that evolve, adapt, and drive growth and impact. What You'll Do:

• Lead the development and maintenance of WordPress sites, aligning with the GDD methodology.
• Design, implement, and refine custom themes and plugins with an emphasis on user-centric design.
• Spearhead website migrations to WordPress from various CMS platforms.
• Tackle intricate backend integrations and provide solutions that are efficient and scalable.
• Collaborate with design and strategy teams, championing the iterative and adaptive GDD process.
• Manage 3-4 client projects, ensuring the highest standards and timely delivery.
• Serve as a mentor for junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay on the cutting edge of WordPress development, always seeking ways to innovate and enhance our offerings.

What You Bring:

• Required:
• 2-3 years of robust experience in web development, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, and PHP.
• Deep expertise with WordPress and Elementor Page Builder
• Demonstrated experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members.

• Nice to Have:
• Prior experience with Growth Driven Design or similar agile design processes.
• Familiarity with WPEngine Hosting and DNS Setup.
• CRO Tool Experience (Zoho PageSense)
• Design background using Figma or other related tools
• Custom Theme Development using Advanced Custom Fields

• Languages: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, MySQL, and PHP
• Frameworks: Elementor, Bootstrap
• Design systems: Figma
• Content Management Systems: WordPress, Contentful, Hubspot, Wix, Webflow, and Drupal
• Hosting and infrastructure: WPEngine
• Project management: Asana
• Time management: Harvest

What We Provide:

• Starting salary band: $70,000 to $85,000

• Preference is given to candidates who can collaborate synchronously with team members in the US Pacific time zone.
