Website Operations Leader

You will be a key member of the Center of Excellence (CoE) management team, responsible for delivering a best-in-class end-to-end customer experience across all Philips global websites.

Your role:

• Will be to lead a team of web content, testing & optimization, SEO, and Customer Care managers to develop and execute a global web strategy and roadmap.
• Your team will establish a global set of standards for all of Philips web properties to follow.
• You will be responsible for partnering with all businesses and regions to develop and execute programs and web updates to meet customer needs while optimizing our web presence to deliver business impact across Philips 15 global health systems business units, and 4 global regions.
• You will have the opportunity to create and execute the vision to take us to the next level of impact as Philips is in the midst of a transformation of our digital experience.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in the digital marketing space, inclusive of web strategy and execution.
• You have experience managing a cross-functional digital team with a global scope of work and a strong understanding of core digital marketing technology platforms, including website content management systems.
• Your skills include digital marketing strategy, web strategy and execution, ability to negotiate and manage a diverse set of global stakeholders.
• You have a BA degree, MBA preferred in a related field.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.
