Responsibilities

Conduct data collection, cleaning, organization, analysis, and interpretation
Perform data reviews, reconciliation, and ad hoc reporting
Conduct job evaluations, market benchmarking and compensation analyses
Assist in the design and management of global job architecture and salary planning process
Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners
Participate in compensation survey submissions and market research
Manage sensitive data with integrity and discretion

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
