Learning & Development Specialist
Weee! is the largest ethnic e-grocer in the US focusing on affordability and growth. We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to enhance employee skills and align training programs with our organizational goals.

- Instructional design

Responsibilities
- Develop training programs aligned with business objectives.
- Create training content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Design and produce training materials following instructional design principles.
- Implement effective training methods to enhance employee performance.
- Write and edit technical training documents.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs for current effectiveness.
- Continuously improve training based on feedback.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related area or equivalent experience
