Manager, Caribbean Ethnicity

As the Manager of Caribbean Ethnicity at Weee!, you'll oversee strategy and execution for all Caribbean product assortments, promotions, and pricing. Your role includes driving sales growth, enhancing customer loyalty, and managing category management along with marketing teams to achieve key metrics.

Weee! seeks candidates with a bachelor’s degree or substantial work experience in e-commerce or retail, ideally with at least 5 years of related experience. Food industry experience is a plus, along with strong analytical skills and proven leadership capabilities.

In this role, you will develop and execute strategies that maximize sales during holidays and promotional events. By utilizing consumer insights and historical data, you will inform business decisions that directly impact revenue and customer acquisition.

You'll create targeted marketing campaigns across digital platforms to draw in new users. Your strategies will revolve around brand alignment and the tastes of our Caribbean customer base, using data-driven insights for maximum impact.
