We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Full Stack Automation Engineer with over 7 years of experience to join our fast-paced and growing engineering team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in building and maintaining test automation frameworks, coupled with hands-on experience in full stack development. You will play a critical role in enhancing product quality, accelerating release cycles, and improving engineering productivity through comprehensive automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end test automation frameworks across UI, API, and backend layers.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to understand system architecture and application flows for automation planning.
• Lead the automation of regression, smoke, integration, performance, and load tests.
• Build and maintain full-stack automation pipelines that integrate with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
• Develop reusable components and libraries to promote consistency across test automation efforts.
• Analyze test failures, debug issues, and work with developers to resolve them quickly.
• Implement robust reporting systems and provide actionable insights through dashboards and alerts.
• Continuously optimize test execution time and improve test coverage to maintain high levels of reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning with a quality-first mindset.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in full stack test automation and software development.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages like Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Solid experience with frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Deep understanding of automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestCafe.
• Strong command over API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or Karate.
• Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Solid understanding of test design principles, test data management, and automation strategy.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using project management tools like JIRA.
• Prior experience in setting up automation in microservices or distributed systems.
