This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

We are looking for a skilled ASP.Net Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting high-quality technical solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate CRM solutions with other applications, and ensure best development practices are followed for efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
  • Integrate CRM solutions with other systems using real-time and batch integrations, web services, and custom solutions.
  • Implement best coding practices to optimize performance, reusability, and architectural design.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Contribute to project implementations, operations, and support activities as needed.
  • Provide technical solutions in collaboration with developers and stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Own and maintain critical applications, coordinating with global teams and offering support outside standard hours when required.
  • Work in a hybrid model, spending 2-3 days in the office as per business needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in software development, with expertise in ASP.Net, C#, or Visual Basic.
  • 1-1.5 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong understanding of .Net/Java, JavaScript, Visual Studio, and Web Services.
  • Experience in developing and extending CRM plugins, custom workflows, and actions using .Net and SQL.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and database management.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Dynamics Co-Pilot.
  • Experience with Genesys Integration is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player who can also work independently.
