-- early employees get stock, even entry level -- our CEO was backed in his first company and second company by the same investors, led by Redpoint -- you do have to produce results, if you don't like working then you shouldn't work here, there is a reason we are succeeding and you are judged on output -- anyone who leaves didn't like working, but if you're thinking of joining -- make sure you love to win and being among winners -- extremely uplifting and supportive environment, everyone in each department helps each other -- the Concierge team are just absolute joys, fluttering around slack and being so hyper productive -- total culture vibes, Wander hoodie -- and coolest locations -- top of the line executive team especially Kyle Tibbits our CMO who previously ran marketing at HotelTonight and OpenDoor -- Karlene Holloman our COO has 30 years experience running hotels -- the project manager team is hyper productive and hungry to win -- work is life if you want to grow an influential company -- 90%+ guest satisfaction and customer obsessed because we care so much, every review from a guest goes into the company channel and we all work on optimizations and solutions -- What is cooler than luxury travel and epic vacation homes? -- I'd quit if our CEO leftCons
