Maintenance Technician - Bexley at WestRidge
Join Weinstein Properties as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll be responsible for maintaining our beautiful apartment communities. We're seeking a motivated and skilled technician with hands-on experience and EPA certification.

Responsibilities
- Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
- Assist with turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
- Maintain property grounds on a daily basis
- Assist with general property and building maintenance

- High school diploma or equivalent
