Responsibilities

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for physician and provider roles
Develop relationships with senior leadership as a trusted advisor

Enhance WelbeHealth's employment brand on social media
Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
Oversee the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Provide coaching to the TA team on recruitment best practices

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
