Wellbeing Analyst

The individual in this position is the Wellbeing and Culture Leader for the Plano Campus. In this role they manage several wellbeing Programs and culture initiatives for employees across the organization at various levels (Plano campus & remote employees). In addition, this role will lead all in person culture and engagement initiatives for employees, ensuring a dynamic and consistent experience to our sister RSC in Louisville, KY. Finally, this position is responsible for collaborating with the creation and distribution of communication plans for all wellbeing programs to all brands for employees at all levels of the organization.

Salary Range: $66,600 to $86,240 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

This position is located in Plano, TX on campus, with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with campus wellbeing leaders to communicate and implement wellbeing initiatives, educational sessions, trainings, classes, campus sports & activities, in addition to larger wellbeing vendors and programs.
  • Manage and coordinate campus Live Well events, (ex. quarterly blood drives, biometric screenings, and flu shots). Identify wellbeing engagement opportunities to include as part of Grow Yourself and regular wellbeing learning opportunities. In partnership with Yum! legal team, ensure appropriate compliance of fitness center participation & other campus events, as necessary. Manage Plano campus wellbeing budget.
  • Lead, develop and execute engagement events throughout the year inclusive of calendar development, key partner communication and scheduling, and full life cycle-project and budget management.
  • Inclusive of close partnership with corporate culture lead and Plano campus all-employee event contact to ensure consistency and maximum impact.
  • Develop and recruit Plano culture squad to ensure teams are represented in planning and execution; and that all voices have a seat at the table in our employee engagement activities. Develop regular cadence for meetings as well as key touch points to bring executive sponsors along.
  • Through a strong partnership with the Yum! Corporate Communications Team and communicators at all brands, support monthly communications plan and disseminate to brand communicators.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in people related or management related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in related role preferred
  • Drive and commitment to actively engage employees in Wellbeing programs
  • High energy with positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to perform in a high impact, fast paced environment.
  • Well-organized, self-starter with strong time management skills and a team player.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, including ability to present publicly with employees at all levels.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
