The investment of the endowment is managed by the College's Investment Office, located on the College campus in Wellesley, MA.Position SummaryThe Investment Analyst role is a 3-year, full-time position open to recent graduates and graduating seniors (0-1 years of work experience), with an expected start date of summer 2025. Team members must live in the Boston metro area but, post an initial training period, have the option to work remotely 2 days a week. The Investment Analyst position provides a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to and experience in institutional investing. The Investment Analyst is an integral member of the investment team responsible for managing the Wellesley College endowment. This position reports to the Deputy CIO but provides support to and receives direction from the entire team. The Investment Analyst works across all asset classes in a variety of capacities as described below. The Investment Analyst supports manager due diligence and monitoring, including extensive quantitative analysis and qualitative investment research.
