Wellfit is searching for a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team across the Northeast region. As a pivotal member of our sales force, you will spearhead our customer engagement initiatives, dedicated to developing strong relationships, vigorously following up on leads, and skillfully unlocking sales opportunities. Your role is essential in expanding our client base and enhancing the presence of our cutting-edge Wellfit platform in the dental fintech sector.


Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Building: Develop enduring relationships with both potential and existing clients by providing customized solutions.

• Lead Follow-Up: Proactively engage with leads from various channels, transforming prospects into valuable opportunities through strategic communication.

• Sales Opportunity Maximization: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to boost sales, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Lead Generation: Employ strategic prospecting and networking to generate new leads, using diverse methods to connect with prospective clients.

• Prospect Qualification: Thoroughly screen leads to align with our target customer profile, conducting comprehensive needs assessments.

• Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently maintain and prioritize a robust sales pipeline, consistently exceeding sales targets and reporting progress.

• Platform Sales: Advocate for the Wellfit platform, delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations to underline our unique value proposition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

5-7 years of proven sales experience, ideally in field sales or a B2B environment.

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with the dental industry is a plus.

Willingness to embrace a fully remote work model, with travel as needed for client engagement.
