Support Coordinator

Wellist is seeking a detail-oriented individual to help make life easier for users (patients, employees, and their families) by providing timely and personalized support.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer skills and attention to detail
  • Minimum three years of call center experience (inbound and outbound)

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, friendly, and supportive outreach via phone, email, and mail to users
  • Create personalized support lists and complete custom resource searches for users
  • Maintain confidentiality, strong communication skills, and technical competencies
