Support Coordinator

Wellist is seeking a detail-oriented individual to help make life easier for users (patients, employees, and their families) by providing timely and personalized support.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Computer skills and attention to detail
Minimum three years of call center experience (inbound and outbound)

Responsibilities

Provide timely, friendly, and supportive outreach via phone, email, and mail to users
Create personalized support lists and complete custom resource searches for users
Maintain confidentiality, strong communication skills, and technical competencies
